Preceding his entry into the Real Estate domain, Neil cultivated his professional acumen within the sphere of international logistics. Here, he played an instrumental role in Process Design and Continuous Improvement, earning certifications in the esteemed Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

 

In a testament to his unwavering commitment to the community, Neil founded the Niagara Real Estate First Responder Program—a first responders program that provides support to local PTSD charities and recognizes the courage of those who valiantly place themselves in harm's way.
